Please read these terms so you know what to expect when you request a visit.

1. Requesting a visit
Submitting the online form creates a request for a visit — it is not a confirmed booking. Dr. Gibson personally reviews every request and will confirm your appointment and final quote with you, or contact you to arrange an alternative. A visit is only confirmed once Dr. Gibson has communicated confirmation to you.
2. Card on file & payment
To reserve your requested time, a payment card is saved securely on file through our payment processor, Stripe. Your card is not charged to book. Your final quote is confirmed by Dr. Gibson and paid at the time of the visit by cash, Zelle, Venmo, or card. 3. Services & pricing
In-home euthanasia for dogs, cats, and small animals is based on your pet's weight: $375 for pets up to 100 lb, $425 for 101–150 lb, and $475 for 151–200 lb. Large-animal and equine euthanasia starts from $600 plus travel, with no farm-call fee. Travel is $3 per mile from Maypearl, one way, rounded to the nearest $5, and a $100 fee applies to weekend or after-hours visits. Any aftercare you choose is added, and your exact total is confirmed with your appointment. Gibson In-Home Euthanasia focuses solely on in-home euthanasia and does not offer quality-of-life consultations or transport-only services.
4. The visit
Dr. Gibson provides in-home euthanasia and related end-of-life care with compassion and professional veterinary judgment. She may decline to proceed if, in her professional opinion, doing so would not be appropriate; in such cases she will discuss alternatives with you.
5. Service area
Gibson In-Home Euthanasia is a mobile practice serving the Maypearl, Texas area — within about 45 miles, across Johnson and Ellis Counties and nearby Tarrant County communities. If your location is outside the service area, we will let you know and, where possible, suggest alternatives.
