Appointments start at 11:00 daily. Choose the day you need, and tell me a little about your pet and your family's wishes. The time you choose is yours — confirmed straight away, with no waiting to hear back.
Is your pet in a crisis right now?
If your pet is in severe pain or distress right now, your nearest emergency veterinary hospital (ER) is the fastest help — please contact them right away. Before you book
- The time you choose is yours, confirmed immediately. There is no waiting to hear back from me.
- Appointments start at 11:00 daily.
- Weekends and holidays are available, and add $100. That is on top of any after-hours or emergency fee. Estimate your cost carries every combination.
- A card is saved to hold the visit. Nothing is charged online. Your bank may briefly show a small temporary verification hold — it drops off on its own.
- The $375 in the scheduler is a starting point, not your final price. For your actual price, use Estimate your cost — it does the full calculation. I go over the total with you at the visit.
- Bookings close 2 hours before a start time. If you need me sooner than that, please call (469) 228-8451.
- Need something other than a standard visit? After-hours, emergency after-hours and a deceased pet pickup are arranged personally — please call or text rather than booking online. Horses and livestock are by phone only, with no online booking at all.
About the $375 you'll see below
The $375 in the scheduler is my starting fee (for pets up to 100 lb) — it holds your time, and nothing is charged online. Your total depends on your pet's weight ($425 for 101–150 lb, $475 for 151–200 lb), travel, and any aftercare you choose. I go over it with you and it's paid at the visit. What happens next
- You book your time — appointments start at 11:00 daily; pick your time and share your pet's details.
- It's confirmed straight away — the slot is held for you the moment you book, and a confirmation email follows.
- A card holds your visit — saved, not charged. Nothing is charged when you book or when you keep your visit.
- You already know the price — Estimate your cost gives you the full figure, travel and aftercare included, before you book.
- Payment at your visit — your quote (from $375) is paid at the visit; cash, check, or card. Cash or check gets a 5% discount; card payments add a 2.5% processing fee.

- Booking cutoff: bookings close 2 hours before a start time — for anything sooner, please call (469) 228-8451.
- Travel: $3 per mile from my base, one way, rounded to the nearest $5.
- Service area: the Johnson, Ellis, Dallas, Tarrant, Hill, and Hood County area — within about 45 miles.
- Cancellations: free any time up to 4 hours before. A $100 fee applies only to a no-show or a cancellation within 4 hours. See my Cancellation & Deposit Policy.
