When you request a visit, we collect the information you provide, which may include:

  • Your name, email address, and phone number;
  • The address where the visit will take place;
  • Details about your pet and their condition;
  • Your preferences for aftercare and keepsakes;
  • Payment card details, collected and stored securely by our payment processor (Stripe) to reserve your appointment.

How we use your information

  • To review, confirm, and provide your visit;
  • To communicate with you about your request and visit (including confirmation and reminder messages);
  • To arrange aftercare where you have asked us to;
  • To process payment for your visit, and any applicable cancellation or no-show fee;
  • To keep records as required for our veterinary practice.

Payments

Payment card details are handled by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. We do not store your full card number on our own systems. A card is saved to reserve your appointment; it is only charged as described in our Cancellation & Deposit Policy.

Scheduling & third parties

Our online scheduler is provided by Acuity Scheduling. Information you enter into the scheduler is processed by Acuity to manage your request. We also work with a trusted aftercare partner, Fond Memories (Gateway Services), to fulfill cremation services you request. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep your information

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet our legal and professional record-keeping obligations.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information by contacting us at care@inhomeeuthanasiavet.com. We will respond as required by applicable law.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page.
